Dr. Cline has served as Chairman of The Florida Board of Medicine and President of the Florida Medical Association in 2002. Dr. Cline was listed in The Best Doctors in America (Southeast Region) in 1996-1997 and was awarded as the Best Doctor by South Florida Miami Magazine in 2009. Dr. Cline currently is a Thoracic Surgeon practicing Cardiothoracic Surgery and Vascular Surgery in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

He has over 20 years of surgical experience and was past President of both the Florida Society of Facial Plastic Surgeons and the Sarasota County Medical Society. He is president of Holcomb – Kreithen Plastic Surgery and MedSpa and of the Institute for Integrated Aesthetics (a clinical research organization currently engaged in several projects including a Phase III FDA clinical drug study) and practices in Sarasota and Tampa, Florida.

He is American Board of Internal Medicine certified and American of Board Internal Medicine – Cardiovascular Disease certified. He is a Fellow of American College of Cardiology and has been a member of the American Medical Association for many years. Kr. Khant has served as Director of Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Brandon Regional Hospital. He was also a member Brandon Regional Hospital’s Board of Directors. In the past, he has volunteered as a member of the American Heart Association of Brandon. Since 1986, Dr. Khant has practiced Interventional Cardiovascular medicine in Tampa, Florida with Bay Area Cardiology Associates.

Ben J. Kirbo, M.D. received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and completed his medical degree at the University of Miami. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Kentucky and his plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt University training under several internationally recognized plastic surgeons and perfecting his surgical skills. Dr. Kirbo has a particular interest in facial cosmetic surgery, breast surgery and body contouring. Additionally, he has interest and experience in post-bariatric weight loss surgery and provides these surgeries to many patients within the North Florida and South Georgia area. In addition, he has extensive training in melanoma/skin cancer treatment and Mohs repairs. Dr. Kirbo is known by his colleagues both locally and regionally for his expertise in revising/correcting undesirable plastic surgery results. Dr. Kirbo, along with Southeastern Plastic Surgery, was selected as the only local surgical practice to participate in the Florida Melanoma Study. Recently, he was recognized by the Tallahassee community with the The Tally Awards for top surgeon in Tallahassee. This award was voted on and awarded by the community for providing the highest quality of care to Tallahassee and the surrounding areas.

He then continued his medical training in internal medicine at Allegheny University Hospital in Pennsylvania in 1978. A fellowship was later completed in 1979 in gastroenterology from Maryland General Hospital in 1980. Dr. Gupta currently practices gastroenterology in his private practice in Fort Lauderdale.

Dr. Hooker is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree at Villanova University in 1980 before studying medicine at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He earned his medical degree in 1984 and was honored with The William Goldman Scholarship for Academic Excellence. Before coming to Florida, he served a one-year rotating internship in Columbus, Ohio. He then completed a three-year residency in Internal Medicine at the University of South Florida and in 1988 was first Board Certified. Dr. Hooker went on to further his education by completing a two-year fellowship in Pulmonary Medicine and was chosen for an additional year in training in Critical Care, also at the University of South Florida. During his advanced subspecialty training, he became particularly interested in the management of lung cancer and asthma. He is also Board Certified by the American Board of Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Hooker has been the treating physician in hundreds of sleep cases. He is also Board Certified by the American Board of Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Hooker is currently working at Pulmonary Associates of Brandon located in Brandon, FL.
